We are the onlyRV Park located across from the entrance of Mesa Verde National Park.

We are located 9 miles east of Cortez and 36 miles west of Durango, directly across from Mesa Verde National Park. Take the Mesa Verde exit - turn opposite the Park down frontage road - North side of US Hwy. 160.

FIREWOOD - Please do not cut or break any trees or shrubs (dead or alive). Firewood is available at the store.

FIRES permitted in grills or existing fire rings only and are not to be moved. 		NO WASHING of cars or camping units.

CHECKOUT TIME is 11 A.M. 		PETS are permitted on a leash, except in buildings and pool area. Please clean up after them and keep them quiet. Do not leave them unattended.


Rates
RV HOOKUPS: $35.00/night for two people - $3.50 for each additional person over the age of five. Water/Sewer/Electric
WATER/ELECTRIC HOOKUPS: $33.00/night for two people - $3.50 for each additional person over the age of five.
TENT SITES: $22.00/night for two people - $3.50 for each additional person over the age of five.
CABINS: $45.00/night for two people - $3.50 for each additional person over the age of five.
PETS: Fee: $3.00 per pet. Covers the length of your stay.
Weekly rates are available at 7 nights for the price of 6

Group rates available

10% discount for persons over age 55
(Senior Discount, Good Sam Discount, Passport America, We honor AAA)

A deposit equal to one night is required at time of booking sites, all nights for cabins must be paid in advance

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $10 with 48 hour notice on sites and 7 days for cabins. (Otherwise Quoted)

This is a privately owned property. We reserve the right to select clientele and guests. We also reserve the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who is in violation of our guidelines. No refund of fee will be made in such an event.

We will not be responsible for accident, injury or loss of property of any kind.
