We are located 9 miles east of Cortez and 36 miles west of Durango, directly across from Mesa Verde National Park. Take the Mesa Verde exit - turn opposite the Park down frontage road - North side of US Hwy. 160.
 We're located between Cortez and Mancos, directly across from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park FIREWOOD - Please do not cut or break any trees or shrubs (dead or alive). Firewood is available at the store. FIRES permitted in grills or existing fire rings only and are not to be moved. NO WASHING of cars or camping units. CHECKOUT TIME is 11 A.M. PETS are permitted on a leash, except in buildings and pool area. Please clean up after them and keep them quiet. Do not leave them unattended. This is a privately owned property. We reserve the right to select clientele and guests. We also reserve the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who is in violation of our guidelines. No refund of fee will be made in such an event. We will not be responsible for accident, injury or loss of property of any kind.
